Shipping Information:
All orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped on the next day after placing the order. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. Out of stock orders and custom-built porcelain sets are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks from the time the order was made. AV-scandepot.com will notify you via email of any change/delay to your order. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or to the FPO and APO addresses.

AV-scandepot will ship to Customer addresses in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada. AV-scandepot is unable to ship outside the United States and Canada, or to APO and FPO boxes. AV-scandepot will not ship to Post Office boxes. Prices do not include charges for shipping, handling, or returns processing charges (see Returns). Customer agrees to pay the full shipping charges. Title and risk of loss pass from AV-scandepot to Customer upon shipment from an AV-scandepot-designated distribution facility to Customer. Customer must sign for receipt of shipment unless s/he has made special arrangements with the shipping carrier.

AV-scandepot may deliver products in installments. Any delivery or shipment date provided to Customer is AV-scandepot's good-faith estimate. Customer acknowledges that AV-scandepot product availability may be limited, and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. AV-scandepot will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

AV-scandepot reserves the right to suspend shipment of particular products at AV-scandepot's discretion. AV-scandepot agrees to notify Customer if AV-scandepot chooses not to ship particular products which have previously been ordered by Customer or in the event shipment is delayed.

All orders received before 2:00 PM (Central Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 (or on a weekend or holiday) will be shipped the next business day.

International and expedited shipping is available. Standard UPS delivery terms will apply to international and expedited shipments depending on the size and destination of such shipments. Any export taxes or fees that may apply to international shipments are payable by the customer.

Returns and Exchange:
AV-scandepot.com is committed to delivering unique products of the highest quality to our customers. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason, other than our error, you decide not to keep your merchandise; AV-scandepot.com will accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All refused orders returned to us will be charged a 20% restocking fee of total sale plus applicable shipping costs. Returned item must be packed in its original box. We will refund the full price of the item(s) excluding shipping and handling. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% of restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.

To request a refund, please email us by using our RMA/Exchange Form within 7 day of receiving your merchandise. Please include the item(s) description, date of purchase, and reasons for your return. We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions on processing your request. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization. AV-scandepot.com will accept returned items in unused and undamaged condition in their original packaging. AV-scandepot.com is not responsible for any return shipping losses.
