Returns and Exchange:

If for any reason, other than our error, you decide not to keep your merchandise; AV-scandepot.com will accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All refused orders returned to us will be charged a 20% restocking fee of total sale plus applicable shipping costs. Returned item must be packed in its original box. We will refund the full price of the item(s) excluding shipping and handling. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% of restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.

To request a refund, please complete the RMA/Exchange form below within 7 day of receiving your merchandise. Please include the item(s) description, date of purchase, and reasons for your return. We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions on processing your request. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization. AV-scandepot.com will accept returned items in unused and undamaged condition in their original packaging. AV-scandepot.com is not responsible for any return shipping losses.
